Room Management with Custom Price Calendar: Flexible Booking and Pricing for Hotels and Rentals

Room Management with Custom Price Calendar is a booking and pricing management solution built for hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, guest houses, hostels, apartments, and homestays. It gives property owners and managers a clear, calendar-based way to control room availability, reservations, and rates, so pricing can follow demand instead of staying fixed all year.

Custom Price Calendar

At the heart of the system is the custom price calendar. Flexible date selection makes it simple to set different room rates for specific dates, including weekend prices, holiday prices, and prices for other special events. This approach helps properties adjust rates for peak seasons, promotions, and special occasions while keeping availability and booking rules under control.

Room Management and Availability

The system makes it easy to add and edit rooms and to change the availability status for each room. Room prices can be changed easily, and rooms can be blocked when they are not available. The simple Bootstrap design keeps the calendar and room controls easy to read and use.
