Built for weddings, galas, corporate dinners, conferences, fundraisers and parties, this event seating chart software removes the usual arrival-day confusion. Guests do not need an app or an account. They open one link, type their name, and immediately see their table, seat and personal message. Organizers, meanwhile, keep full control over the layout, guest list and communications from one dashboard.

The visual builder lets you drag tables into place, choose round or rectangular layouts, add chair markers, names and seat counts, and drop in the fixtures that make a venue feel real: stage, dance floor, bar, DJ booth, buffet, cake table, gift area, restrooms and entrance. Every element can be moved and rotated, so the digital plan matches the room you will actually use.
Styled templates for weddings, corporate events, sports events, galas, celebrations and conferences give you a strong starting point. You can then refine the accent colour, font pairing and corner styling to match the event brand, and preview the result before anything goes live.
Guest management, RSVP and QR seat finding in one place
Import a whole guest list by CSV, add or edit guests individually, filter by status and clean up duplicates with bulk actions. RSVP responses update live, so confirmed, pending and declined guests are always easy to separate.
When the chart is ready, publish it with optional password protection and an automatic expiry date, add a custom welcome message, and share it by email, WhatsApp, Facebook or X with proper link previews. Print-ready QR codes in SVG format, arrival posters and one scan card per table make check-in at the door fast and stress-free.
Message guests, sell plans and run it as your own SaaS
Send seat details by SMS, WhatsApp or email using merge fields for name, table, seat, event and the guest’s personal find link. Filter campaigns to consented guests or confirmed guests only, then review the send history.

Invite teammates as Admin, Editor or Viewer, and manage invitations with copy links. Upload your own logo, set your site name and tagline, and apply a white-label theme across the dashboard, sign-in pages and marketing site. Multiple languages are included out of the box, with an in-app switcher and an admin translation editor for every interface string.
A separate super-admin area keeps platform settings apart from everyday event work, covering payments, messaging credentials, email, plans, limits, general settings and languages.

Setup and requirements
Installation is guided by a web installer that checks server requirements, configures the database, creates the admin account, runs migrations and signs you in. The script requires PHP 8.3 or higher, MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+, and Apache or Nginx with URL rewriting. It is built with Laravel, Livewire, Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js, and is designed to run on standard shared or VPS hosting.
