NeuralDesk is a complete, self-hosted AI support chatbot platform and SaaS script built on Laravel 13. It lets you launch an AI support assistant for a single company or run a subscription-based chatbot service for many customers, with a clean, modern interface for both administrators and visitors.

Create chatbots with a custom persona, greeting message and starter questions so visitors get instant, on-brand answers. Train each bot on documents, question-and-answer pairs and free text, with optional vector search using Qdrant embeddings to improve answer relevance.

One script tag adds an embeddable chat bubble to any website. Visitors enjoy persistent sessions, a typing indicator and a smooth chat experience, while your team stays in control of every conversation.
Live Inbox and Human Handoff
When the bot cannot answer, or when AI is switched off, conversations are flagged for a human. Agents receive real-time updates in the live inbox, so no visitor query is left unanswered and support stays personal when it matters most.
