Description
Send a Different Attachment to Every Subscriber
MailWizz EMA – Custom subscriber attachment is a practical extension for MailWizz Email Marketing Automation that solves a very specific mailing problem: what to do when every subscriber needs a different file. Instead of sending one generic attachment to your whole list, or mailing files out by hand one by one, this extension lets each subscriber receive the file that belongs to them — invoices, statements, personalized documents, certificates, or tailored catalogs — inside the same campaign.
How It Works
You set a storage path on your own server and organize attachments into folders for each campaign or segment. Inside those folders, file names are matched to subscriber data using MailWizz custom-field values, so the right document goes to the right person automatically when the campaign is sent. When you build a campaign, you simply pick the folder that holds that campaign’s attachments, and the extension handles the personal matching for you.

- Ideal for invoices, receipts, statements, personalized reports, and custom documents
- Streamlined, automated workflow that removes manual file distribution
- Configurable server storage path to fit your own setup
- Simple setup: upload the extension, enable it, and configure its settings in MailWizz
Who It Is For
This extension is a strong fit for businesses, agencies, membership sites, and service providers that regularly send subscriber-specific documents by email — for example, monthly invoices for clients, individual statements, or personalized files that should never be shared with the whole list.
Requirements
This extension requires MailWizz EMA. The original CodeCanyon listing notes compatibility with MailWizz 3.x, and advises users on older MailWizz versions to contact the author for the matching build.
