Description
Three Sudoku Twists in One Polished HTML5 Game
Logic Lattice is a complete, ready-to-run HTML5 logic-puzzle game that puts three distinct Sudoku-style challenges on a single shared 9×9 engine. Instead of repeating the same classic grid, players can switch between clever rule variations, chase daily puzzles, and build skill over time, all in a browser with no build step and no external JavaScript libraries.
What Makes It Different
The game generates every board procedurally at play time, so there is no fixed puzzle list to exhaust. Players start with a familiar 9×9 grid, then learn new ways to read clues: cage totals, consecutive neighbours, and arrow sums. This keeps the experience fresh for beginners and satisfying for experienced puzzle solvers.
The Three Puzzle Modes
- Mathdoku Towers: Bold-outlined cages must satisfy an addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division equation, with no repeated digit inside a cage.
- Consecutive Sudoku: Classic Sudoku rules, plus dots marking every pair of neighbouring cells whose final digits are consecutive.
- Arrow Sum Sudoku: Classic Sudoku rules, where the digits along each arrow must add up to the circled digit at its start.

Daily Challenge and Custom Puzzles
The Daily Challenge is seeded from the date and a per-device player ID, at a configurable difficulty, Medium by default. Completing it once in any mode marks it done for that calendar day across all modes, and it unlocks again the next day. Players can also paste a complete, solved 81-digit grid into the Import Puzzle panel. The game validates rows, columns, and, where relevant, 3×3 boxes, then builds a custom puzzle in the selected mode at Medium complexity. Custom puzzles are not recorded on the leaderboard.
Who It Is For
Logic Lattice suits web developers who want a complete, self-contained game to integrate into a site or app, businesses looking for an engaging brain-training experience for visitors, and educators who want a fun way to encourage logic and problem-solving. It is also a strong starting point for game developers interested in logic-based puzzle design.
Easy to Launch
Because the game runs from static files with no server or puzzle database required, setup is straightforward. Download the ZIP, extract it, and open index.html in a modern browser. Board themes are saved to local storage and restored on each visit, so players return to their preferred look.
