What Is King’s Plot?
King’s Plot is a strategic chess capture puzzle game built with Phaser 4 and TypeScript. It turns a familiar chess idea into a fresh puzzle challenge: pawns move only by capturing, and the King must survive as the last piece on the board. Every move matters, so players have to plan capture chains carefully instead of moving pieces freely around the board.
Capture-Only Gameplay With a Royal Twist
The heart of the game is its capture-only movement. Each piece advances by taking an opponent’s piece, which keeps every puzzle tight and focused. A special King’s Queen exclusivity rule adds another layer of planning: only the King can capture a Queen, so protecting and positioning the King becomes central to solving each level.
