AssetHub is a production-ready asset management platform built with Laravel 11, Vue 3 and Inertia.js. It helps IT, facilities and warehouse teams track assets from procurement through disposal, with support for single items and batch or lot quantities.
Track Every Asset by Quantity, Status and Location
Manage IT devices, vehicles, machinery, office equipment, tools, furniture and bulk supplies such as chairs, monitors and uniforms. Assign assets to employees, departments or warehouses, record transfers and returns, and keep a clear history for every item.
QR Codes, Depreciation and Smart Reporting
Every asset gets an auto-generated QR code that can be scanned in a modern browser, with no separate app required. Public QR handover pages show photos, status and quantity details. The depreciation engine supports straight-line, declining-balance and units-of-production methods, with charts and export options. Ten reports cover asset summaries, depreciation, maintenance costs, warranty expiry, department assets and inventory reconciliation.
Approvals, Bookings, Maintenance and Documents
Employees can request assets, managers can approve them, and the system records each step with email notifications. Shared assets can be booked by date range with conflict detection and overdue alerts. Maintenance includes preventive, corrective and predictive types, a calendar view and cost tracking. Attach invoices, warranties, manuals and certificates, with expiry alerts at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days.
White-Label Branding and Multilingual Support
Customize brand, status and text colors for light and dark modes, and rebrand the login page, footer and browser tab title from the app name. AssetHub includes 11 built-in languages and a translation editor for custom locales, plus searchable timezones, currency settings and date formats.
