Description
Move Droppy File Storage to the Cloud
Amazon S3 – Droppy online file transfer and sharing is a purpose-built add-on that connects a Droppy installation to an Amazon S3-compatible storage bucket. Instead of keeping every upload on the web server, files are stored directly in the cloud, giving site owners far more room to grow while keeping uploads fast, dependable and easy to manage.
What This Add-On Does
Once installed, the plugin routes Droppy uploads straight into the configured S3 bucket. Visitors still use the familiar Droppy sharing experience, while the heavy lifting of storage happens on scalable object-storage infrastructure. It is designed for teams and site owners who share large files, serve many users, or simply want to stop worrying about local disk space.
